Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information we collect

Account email and authentication tokens (via Amazon Cognito). Voice recordings submitted through your QR codes. Anonymized usage analytics. Billing details processed by Stripe, we never store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

To operate the Service, classify feedback (sentiment, urgency, categories), provide your dashboard, send transactional emails, and prevent abuse.

3. Voice recordings

Audio is uploaded directly to encrypted S3 storage. After AI transcription and classification, the original audio file is automatically deleted. Transcripts and AI-derived metadata are retained until you delete them or your subscription ends.

4. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to run the Service: AWS (hosting, AI), OpenAI (transcription), Stripe (billing). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Feedback records are retained for one year unless you delete them earlier. Demo session data is wiped 48 hours after the session is created.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data at rest is encrypted using AWS-managed keys. Access is scoped via per-tenant IAM and JWT-authorized API endpoints.

7. Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use only essential cookies and localStorage required for authentication. No third-party advertising trackers.
