The agreement between you and Clarity when you use our service.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Clarity (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
Clarity provides voice-feedback collection and AI-powered analysis tools for businesses. Features and availability may change without notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Refunds for partial periods are not provided. Demo sessions are free and expire after 48 hours.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of customer feedback you collect. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
6. Termination
You may cancel any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use, or applicable law.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
